Our Community Foundation has awarded a $40,000 grant to the Daviess Community Hospital Foundation for the creation of the Dr. Suresh Lohano Memorial Garden.
The grant was made possible by the TrueScripts Foundation Fund.
The memorial garden, located near the Same Day Surgery entrance at Daviess Community Hospital, will serve as a space for reflection and remembrance, featuring a paved area, picnic table, commemorative plaque, and landscaping.
Work on the garden is underway.
