The Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will host a public meeting to discuss the Williams Dam engineering feasibility study on March 4 at 5:30 p.m. in Brinegar Hall at Stone Gate Arts & Education Center, Bedford. Officials will provide updates on the study’s scope, goals, and initial findings as they assess options for the dam’s future on the East Fork of the White River in Williams. The study aims to evaluate the feasibility and impact of full, partial, or no dam removal, along with cost comparisons for each scenario.
