Our Community Foundation has awarded a second-semester Teaching Innovator grant to North Daviess Elementary. The $250 grant will support a Reader’s Theater production of Chicken Little, led by Teacher Sarah Mullen and Principal Renee Judy. The project will enhance students’ understanding of plays and poetry through set design and live performances for their peers. Mullen emphasized that the interactive approach will help students develop communication and creative thinking skills.
