Ricky Russell, 26, of Elnora, was arrested on counts of Child Exploitation, Possession of Child Pornography, Inappropriate Communication with a Child, and Sex Offender Internet Offense. No bond was set.
Manuel Hernandez, 49, of Vincennes, was arrested on a count of Residential Entry. Bond was set at $50,000.
