A cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the arrest of a Paoli man for child molestation and possession of child pornography.
The cyber tip report indicated that a specific account was possibly used to transmit child pornography images or video files.
On Friday, October 4, members of the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at a Walnut Street address in Paoli.
As a result of the investigation and search, troopers arrested 30-year-old David Robertson (aka David Tuell) for one (1) count of child molestation, Level 1 felony, and three (3) counts of possession of child pornography, Level 4 felony.
Troopers arrested Robertson following the investigation and transported him to the Orange County Jail without incident.
