Yesterday morning at approximately 7:12 a.m., an elderly couple was rear-ended while traveling southbound on Interstate I-69 near the 69-mile marker. The suspect, described as a woman in her 40s, was driving a dark-colored vehicle. Evidence from the scene suggests the vehicle may be a GMC Acadia, model years 2007-2012. Authorities are asking anyone with information on the vehicle or driver to contact the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office at 812-254-1060.
