Just after 11 a.m. Saturday in Greene County, a fatal accident occurred on County Road 800 West, north of County Road 300 South. William Kaho of Lyons was driving a 2004 Dodge Ram when, after making a U-turn, he turned onto the road. Tall vegetation partially obstructed his view, leading to a collision with a 2011 Suzuki GSX motorcycle driven by 24-year-old Maverick Johnson, also of Lyons. Johnson was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. Kaho was uninjured in the incident.
