In less than two weeks, the Daviess County Fair is gearing up for its fall demolition derby, scheduled for Friday, September 22nd, at 7:30 p.m. Admission prices are set at $10 for individuals aged 13 and over, $5 for those aged 6 to 12, and children aged 5 and under can enter for free. For those interested in pit passes, they are available for $20, but participants must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid photo I.D. Three classes will be featured: full-size limited welding, full-size wire welding, and mini cars. Drivers are encouraged to note that they are allowed up to 10 4×4 patch plates on all cars, whether fresh or pre-ran, and there are no restrictions on the amount of wire used.
