Indiana DNR wants to remind people to get out and Celebrate National Fishing and Boating Week, June 3-11, by taking your family, friends, and neighbors on a fishing trip! Indiana residents who fish on June 3-4 don’t need a fishing license or trout/salmon stamp to fish on state waters, as these days are Free Fishing Days in the state of Indiana. Remember that all other rules such as seasons, bag, and size limits still apply during Free Fishing Days. The next free fishing day in the state will not be until September 23rd
