Former Vice President Mike Pence will announce his candidacy for the 2024 presidential election next week. He will give a kickoff speech and release a campaign video on June 7, followed by a town hall with CNN in Iowa. He will be running alongside other candidates, such as former President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Interestingly, June 7 also marks Pence’s 64th birthday. Pence served as Vice President to Trump for four years after being named his running mate in 2016.
