The Loogootee School Board is expected to formally announce the hiring of Josh Thompson as their new Boys Varsity Basketball Coach at a special school board meeting tonight at 6pm. Thompson has led the Barr Reeve Vikings for the past seven seasons. The new coach will also be accepting the position as athletic director and assistant principal at Loogootee in a move that will offer several administrative position changes in the next couple of years at Loogootee. The search will now be on for his replacement at Barr-Reeve. Tune into Fair Shake with Brian Emmons this Saturday morning to sit down with the new coach of Loogootee High School.
