Early Sunday morning, officers with the Washington Police Department responded to a property damage crash on W National Highway. Upon arrival, they found the driver, identified as Cristopher Cisneros-Rivera, showing clear signs of severe alcohol intoxication. A chemical blood test later revealed his blood alcohol content at .329. Cisneros-Rivera was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OVWI) greater than .15% and for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center without incident. No injuries were reported.
