Elnora Awarded $90K Grant for Water Infrastructure Planning

The Office of Lt. Governor Micah Beckwith and the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs have awarded $190,000 in Planning Grants to three Indiana communities through the Community Development Block Grant program. The funding will support long-term development plans and utility improvement projects. The Town of Elnora received a $90,000 Water Infrastructure Planning Grant to assess its utility systems. Funding for these grants comes from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s CDBG program and is administered by OCRA on behalf of the State of Indiana.
