Greene County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Bloomfield man late Tuesday night following reports of gunfire near residences on North Whippoorwill Lane. Deputies responded to the scene around 10:44 p.m. on February 25 and, after an initial investigation, took William Attwood into custody. He faces preliminary charges of criminal recklessness with a firearm (Level 6 felony) and unlawful carrying of a handgun (Level 5 felony).
