Mahlon E. Wagler, 19, of Loogootee, was arrested on counts of OWI- Controlled Substance, OVWI-Endangerment, and Minor Consumption. Bond was set at $5,000, and bond was posted.
Kristine Charkosky, 41, of Washington, was arrested on a count of OVWI. No bond was set.
