Monday, Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies served a warrant for Failure to Appear and arrested 39 year old Delbert Salmon of Plainville. Salmon is being held on a $10,000 bond.
On Tuesday, Deputies arrested 31 year old Dillion Ray Phelps of Haubstadt on a charge of Animal Cruelty. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
