Aspiring real estate developers can learn the basics of neighborhood-based development at a Small-Scale Development Workshop on February 20. Hosted by the Incremental Development Alliance, the event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Gasthof Amish Village in Montgomery. The workshop focuses on project formation, covering topics like analyzing viable projects and understanding building profitability.
