This funding will allow the foundation to expand its efforts to address mental health and substance use disorders in the county, building on a $4.4 million grant received in 2020. Achievements from the initial grant include the development of resources like Dove House, Next Step Recovery Home, and LifeSpring Health Systems Hope Center. The foundation is collaborating with local nonprofits to enhance prevention, treatment, and support services.
