The Daviess County Museum will be hosting a special event to honor 50 years of high school girls basketball coming up on Sunday, January 26th, from 2 to 4 pm at the museum. The two-hour program will pay tribute to the pioneers of the sport, including interviews with players and a special recognition of the 1995 Girls Basketball State Runner-up at Washington High School 30 years ago.
