Downtown Washington will celebrate Shop Small Saturday on November 30, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participating businesses will offer specials and donate items for raffle prizes. Customers can earn one raffle ticket for every $10 spent, with the chance to win prizes. The first 50 customers to use their tickets will also receive free t-shirts, courtesy of Discover Downtown Washington.
