Washington Police are investigating a theft that occurred Tuesday evening at Cypress Point Drive. Around 6:30 p.m., a man wearing a green mask reportedly entered the property’s mailroom and stole several packages. The suspect was seen arriving in a vehicle, suspected to be a blue Chevrolet Cobalt or Mitsubishi Galant. Multiple surveillance cameras in the area were either non-functional or provided limited footage. Officers are awaiting further camera reviews to identify the suspect.
