Daviess County Museum to Unveil New ’60s Exhibit at Annual Gala

The Daviess County Museum will debut its new exhibit, “The ‘60s: A Decade of Change,” tomorrow, during the museum’s annual membership gala. The event, held from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, is free and open to the public at 212 E. Main St. in Washington. The exhibit explores the 1960s, showcasing how this era impacted Daviess County with new schools, businesses, and cultural shifts. Artifacts, photos, and newspapers will highlight local history, while author Stephan Foust will sign copies of his book “Under the Lights & the Halloween Moon.” Membership is encouraged, but not required for attendance.
