On the morning of October 17, Gibson County authorities responded to a reported disturbance in the 12000 block of E Harrison Street in Oakland City.
Deputy James Tucker and Oakland City Police Officer John Pace investigated the incident, leading to the arrest of 42-year-old Ryan Logston.
Logston was taken to the Gibson County Jail and charged with battery and strangulation.
