(Spencer County, IN) – Indiana State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Justin R. MacDonald, who was last seen around 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 29, 2024, near French Island Marina on River Road and County Road 1040 West.
MacDonald is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 185 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
