Daviess County authorities arrested Jeremy D. Graber, 43, of Odon, on Wednesday, September 25th, following a domestic dispute involving a firearm. Master Trooper Jarrod Lents was called to assist the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office after the alleged victim reported an altercation in the Raglesville area. According to the victim, Graber blocked her vehicle from leaving after an argument, sprayed her and her car with paint, and fired a handgun into her vehicle near where she was standing. Graber fled the scene after the victim called the police. Officers later found evidence, including a spent shell casing and spray paint at the scene, with a bullet lodged in the engine compartment of the victim’s vehicle. Graber was located in a wooded area near Crane and arrested without incident. He is currently being held at the Daviess County Jail on multiple charges, including criminal confinement, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, and obstruction of justice.
