Yesterday afternoon, Indiana State Police arrested Roger K. Ford, 71, of Newburgh, after a criminal investigation revealed he allegedly molested an 11-year-old girl during a private softball pitching lesson at a location near Lamar, IN. Yesterday afternoon, at approximately 12:10 p.m., Indiana State Police arrested Ford at his Newburgh home without incident. He was taken to the Spencer County Jail, where he is currently being held on bond.
Roger K. Ford, 71, Newburgh, was arrested for child seduction with a child 13 years of age or younger, a Level 3 felony; and child molesting with a child under 14 years of age, a Level 4 felony.
