The biggest weekend in Washington is here as Classic Cars will be filing in from all around the Midwest for the 20th Century Chevy Carfest and Cruiz-In at Eastside Park. The event begins with registration at 2 p.m. tomorrow, and the Cruz will leave the park at 5:30 p.m. The Cruiz Route will be the same as last year. After the Cruiz, live music will be on the bandstand at Eastside Park with the band “Small Town” a salute to John Mellencamp. The show is free starting around 7 p.m. Then, come back for the show on Sunday. Show is limited to 2000 models and older, and registration fee is 20 dollars. At the show, the silent auction will be in the community building. They will also give away a golf cart and trailer again at the show, with over 100 awards and 19 special awards.
