The Daviess County YMCA is hosting a home run derby competition on Saturday at Allen Field behind the YMCA in Washington. The cost is 20 dollars for members and 35 dollars for non-members, and cash prizes will be awarded in each group, according to organizer Maranda Mandabach.
The competition will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning at the field, and you can sign up this week at the front desk at the YMCA or on the YMCA Facebook page and website.
