Ghost’s debut feature film Rite Here Rite Now has set a record at the North American box office, grossing over $5 million worldwide.

Following the movie’s opening weekend, the total gross of $5.04M earned the film a spot at the global box office Top 10, debuting at No. 9 despite limited screenings (over 1,800 cinemas across 49 territories).  Rite Here Rite Now  grossed a total of $2.65 million in its opening weekend , making it the highest-grossing limited hard rock cinema event in North American history.

Ghost’s Tobias Forge shared: “Having wanted to make a movie for most of my life, I was overwhelmed to see the interest our fans showed in the film before it was even released. Now as people seem to have not only seen it, but also seem to dig it… That really gets my motor humming. Thank you all!”

Fans and filmgoers can also pre-order the 18-song Rite Here Rite Now original soundtrack on various formats (digital, CD, and vinyl) in advance of its July 26th release date. The album was captured during two sold-out shows at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles in 2023, and includes the new song “The Future Is a Foreign Land.”
