A Knox County man will serve no jail time following a domestic battery with a deadly weapon charge with his stepfather.
22-year-old James Finley appeared in court yesterday and pleaded guilty to the charges from the incident that occurred back in 2022.
Finley will serve three years on work release and the last three years on supervised probation with no jail time as long as he does not violate the terms of his sentence.
Finley was also ordered to pay over $20,000 to the victim to cover medical expenses.
