Our Community Foundation has awarded a $750 grant to Senior and Family Services for emergency roof repair through the 2024 Fast Grant Program.
The grant was timely, as heavy rains this spring caused leaks in the kitchen used for the Congregate Meals and Meals on Wheels programs, which serve 115 to 120 lunches every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Senior and Family Services (SAFS), established in 1973, provides programs, services, and activities for older adults and individuals with disabilities in Washington.
