On June 4, Daviess County Rural Water issued a precautionary boil order due to a water main repair. The affected areas include customers on 1200 E between 600 N & 725 N and customers on 700 N & 725 N over to 1100 E. It is advised that all cooking and drinking water be brought to a complete boil for five minutes before use. Customers should continue to boil water until further notice.
