During National Nurses Week, Daviess Community Hospital (DCH) honored its outstanding nursing staff with various awards at a special reception on May 10.
Outpatient Nurse of the Year
Breanna Graber, RN, of DCH Urology, received the 2024 Outpatient Nurse of the Year Award.
Inpatient Nurse of the Year
Jennifer Shaw, RN, an Occupational Health Nurse, was awarded the 2024 Inpatient Nurse of the Year.
Pillar Award
Kristine Garland was honored with the 2024 Pillar Award for her exceptional organizational skills and personalized patient care.
DAISY Award
Marietta Wagler, RN, received the 2023 4th Quarter DAISY Award for her exceptional care and support to new parents. The 2024 DAISY Award went to Steve Volling, RN.
