NHL Playoffs: Panthers defeat Bruins to take series lead, Canucks beat Oilers in Game 3

The Florida Panthers beat the Boston Bruins 3-2 in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals, taking a 3-1 series lead.

Aleksander Barkov scored the go-ahead goal on Sunday night, with Sergei Bobrovsky stopping 16 shots to give the Panthers the victory. Sam Bennett and Anton Lundell also scored for Florida.

The Panthers could potentially advance to the Eastern Conference finals with a victory in Game 5, taking place in Florida on Tuesday night.

The Vancouver Canucks defeated the Edmonton Oilers 4-3 in Game 3 of their Western Conference semifinal series on Sunday.  The Canucks now lead the series 2-1.

Brock Boeser had two goals and an assist, Elias Lindholm scored twice and J.T. Miller and Quinn Hughes each had two assists for the No. 1 seeded Vancouver, while Artūrs Šilovs made a career-high 42 saves.

Game 4 of the best-of-seven series will take place on Tuesday in Edmonton.
