Quentin Robias Kimbrough, 40, of Bloomington was arrested on counts of Public Intoxication, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Intimidation. No bond was set.
Melissa May Serrano, 41, of Vincennes, was arrested on a count of failure to appear. Bond was set at $5,000.
