Yesterday, officers from the Washington Police Department’s 1st shift responded to several reports of theft.
After conducting an investigation, officers identified the suspect as Preston Matteson.
Officers went to Matteson’s residence and recovered the stolen items.
Multiple charges of theft will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office in relation to the incident.
