On April 20, at 10:52 PM, Luis Fuentes Munoz, 20, of Midland, Texas, was arrested at 480 South US 231 (Southside Holiday Liquors) for theft and minor in possession of alcohol. The Jasper Police Department received a call reporting a theft at Southside Holiday Liquors. Officers located Munoz at a local hotel, where he admitted to taking the items. It was then discovered that Munoz was under the legal drinking age of 21. He was transported and lodged at the Dubois County Security Center.
