30-year-old Luis Santana Lorenzo of Evansville was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff on a charge of operating while never licensed. Santana was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $5,000 bond. Bond was posted.
42-year-old Jessica Baldwin of Evansville was arrested by the Daviess County Sheriff on a warrant for failure to appear. Baldwin was booked on a $2,000 bond.
