Jasper Residents Arrested for Drug Offenses Following Search Warrant

Two individuals, Jeremy Siddon and Jana Spurlock, both aged 38 and residing in Jasper, were arrested on April 5 at approximately 11:00 p.m. The arrest followed a search warrant at their residence as part of a narcotics investigation. Siddon and Spurlock were found inside the residence and were discovered to be growing psilocybin mushrooms in a spare bedroom. Law enforcement seized approximately 509 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, along with marijuana, THC Dab, Kratom, digital scales, smoking pipes, and $485 in cash. The psilocybin mushroom lab was dismantled, and both individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Dubois County Security Center. They face charges including Dealing in a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Obstruction of Justice, Dealing in Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia. The Jasper Police Department, along with assistance from the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office, Indiana State Police, and Huntingburg Police Department, conducted the operation.
