Thursday, Washington police responded to a call. As a result they arrested 42 year old Benjamin Hise of Washington on charges of Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon and Rape. Hise was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No bail was set.
Also on Thursday, Washington Police arrested 66 year old Elites Marc on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $5,000.
In Dubois County, on Thursday, Jasper police were notified of a possible identity theft. After an investigation, the police determined that 48 year od Celco Arnoldo Batz Pichiya was using someone else’s identity to gain employment. Batz Pichiya was arrested on charges of Identity Deceptioni and Possession of Counterfeit Government Identification. He booked into the Dubois County Security Center.
