Vincennes City Police were dispatched to the Bowman Terrace Housing Complex yesterday for a possible shooting. The investigation led to the arrest of two suspected juveniles, who were taken into custody. Tecumseh Harrison Elementary was put on lockdown until the area was deemed safe.
