Three Oaktown men, Dustin Biehl, Robert Biehl, and Preston Lee Clark, have been arrested following a week-long pursuit. Acting on an anonymous online tip received on February 7th, law enforcement located Dustin and Robert Biehl at 403 N Snapp St. in Oaktown, loading items into a truck. Both men had active warrants, prompting deputies to attempt their arrest. Upon arrival, the suspects barricaded themselves inside the residence. Robert Biehl emerged and was arrested for an active Level 6 Felony warrant for Intimidation. Shortly after, Preston Lee Clark was apprehended while attempting to flee through a rear door, based on a Level 5 Burglary warrant. A search warrant was obtained, leading to the discovery of Dustin Kane Biehl hiding in a back room under the floor/crawlspace area. He was arrested on four Level 3 Felony warrants, including Burglary with injury to another, Possession of a handgun by a violent Felon, and Domestic Battery with a prior conviction. All three suspects were transported to the Knox County Jail to face charges.
