A special Veterans Day program and parade are planned for Sunday in downtown Washington.
The salute to our veterans will begin at 2 p.m. at the Daviess County Museum.
A Veterans Day parade will follow at 4 p.m. on Main Street.
There will be a box float contest with age categories and a new golf cart decorated contest; decorations must be patriotic themes.
