Rachel L. Martin, a 30-year-old woman from Shelburn, has been arrested and is now facing child molesting charges. The investigation was initiated by the Indiana State Police following information received regarding a case involving a male under the age of 14. Based on the findings, prosecutors obtained an arrest warrant for Martin. She was apprehended without any complications on Monday and is currently being held at the Sullivan County Jail on a bond of $50,000.
