On June 14, 2023, Bradley A. Rubin, 38, was arrested without incident at a residence on 621 East 11th Street in Tell City, Indiana. The arrest was carried out by Master Trooper Trey Lytton with the ISP Jasper Post, the United States Marshal Service, the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, and the Tell City Police Department. Rubin had multiple felony warrants, including burglary, resisting law enforcement, dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
