Ken Kahre 26 of Vincennes passed away tragically in a vehicle accident on Monday, June 12, 2023.
Ken was born on November 11, 1996 in Matsudo-shi Chiba, Japan to Kimiko Kahre and Stephen Kahre.
Ken was a truck driver who loved his dog Luna, playing video games, sports-cars, working, being outdoors, and anime.
Those left to mourn the loss of Ken are; his loving parents, Kimiko Kahre and Stephen Kahre; a brother, Shawn T. Kahre of Evanston, IL; paternal grandfather, Frank Kahre; and maternal grandmother, Yoshiko Wakui of Japan; uncles, Dave Kahre (Gayle), and Naomichi Wakui (Keiko); an aunt, Chris McCrary (Scott); cousins, Nathan, Melissa, Jacob, and David Kahre, Gus and Kahre McCrary, and Daisuke Wakui.
He was preceded in death by; paternal grandmother, Katy Kahre; maternal grandfather, Michio Walkui; an uncle Frank Kahre.
There will be a visitation held at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home, Vincennes Chapel on Sunday, June 18, 2023 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with a service following on Monday June 19, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.with Fr. Tony Ernst officiating. Burial will follow in St. Vincent Cemetery. The family welcomes online condolences to be left at www.fredrickandson.com.
