In a recent mix-up, patients enrolled with UnitedHealthcare for medical insurance received a letter in error stating that Daviess Community Hospital (DCH) was no longer a part of the UnitedHealthcare network. However, this information was sent out mistakenly by UnitedHealthcare. Daviess Community Hospital reassures patients that it is indeed still a part of the UnitedHealthcare network. This means that patients can continue to receive care from their DCH provider at the in-network level of benefits. UnitedHealthcare sincerely apologizes for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this error.
