At approximately 7:00 p.m. on April 10, 2023, the Vincennes Police Department received a report of gunshots fired near the intersection of Washington Ave. and Niblack Blvd. When officers arrived on the scene, they found that a bullet had struck a vehicle, but there were no reported injuries. The incident is being treated as an isolated case and is currently under investigation. If anyone has any information that could help with the investigation, they are encouraged to contact the Vincennes Police Department and speak with a detective.
